Admin Controls
There are two admins for every volt. A global admin, and individual admin assigned on a volt-by-volt basis. Those assigned with administrative powers are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of existing Friktion volts, and adjusting strategy parameters as necessary.

- individual capacity (per address)

- Change auction parameters
- permissionless vs. whitelisted via token
- Pause strategy and move assets to lending platform (only done if there is a problem with main strategy, or Circuits rebalance)
- Resume strategy
- Pause off deposit and withdrawals (during rebalancing, or for security if a panic scenario)
- choose the required underlying amount per contract (for calls), quote amount per contract (for puts)
- change the target expiry
